Facility Rentals
Choose a venue with interesting history. The Rassbach Museum is a great place to host your next gathering — a unique choice for a one-of-a-kind event. Individuals, businesses and organizations rent our facilities to suit their needs, from weddings and receptions to workshops and recitals. And every event hosted at the museum supports our work. Staff-led activities for birthday parties or workshops are available for an additional fee.
All areas are handicap accessible, including bathrooms. Wireless WiFi is available throughout the museum. Parking is available in the adjacent lot and there is plenty of on-street parking near the museum. The museum is located in Wakanda Park and near the Lion's Club Game Park, with playgrounds, trails, tennis courts, and a waterpark.
Our spaces are priced to meet just about any size budget, whether you are having a small, intimate gathering or a larger affair. Discounted rates apply to business members of the Dunn County Historical Society and non-profits.

The Lou and John Russell Auditorium is an intimate space perfect for small receptions or meetings. Adjacent to the Rassbach Museum lobby, the 32' x 23.5' room includes drop-down screen for presentations. This room can comfortably seat 45 for a speaker, up to 30 seated at tables, or 50 for a standing reception (maximum capacity is 63). The adjacent break room is available for light food and drink staging. A projector is available for an additional fee.
Hourly: up to 5 hours: $25/hour
Daily: 5-8 hours $175
Additional fee for after hours applies.
A neutral color scheme and minimal fixtures allow this space to be transformed into a personalized venue for your event. Holtby Hall can comfortably seat 150-200 for a speaker, up to 150 seated at tables, and 400 for a standing reception (fire capacity is 532). Use of tables and chairs is included in the rental, and there are other add-ons to cusomize your event.

The Holtby Alcove can be rented seperately from Holtby Hall when you don't require the full space.
An adjacent prep kitchen and projector are available for an additional fee for both Holtby rentals.

Prep kitchen for Holtby rentals: $50 one-time fee.

A/V equipment: one-time fee of $25 for Holtby Hall, and $15 for Russell Auditorium.

After hours: events before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm are charged an additional $25/hour.

Museum admission is not included in rentals, and is charged per person.
The use of tables and chairs is included in your rental fee.
